edit: I figured it out. Go to your inventory on the main Gaia site (not in the zOMG game screen.) There's a tab there for the zOMG items. Your recipes are there and when you click them it takes you to screen for the list of stuff and the option to go to the recipe exchange.

Run-on sentence ftw.

[-Ja- go talk to Sexy Nicu-kun at Back Alley Bargains and there is a button under his pic that says "make recipes" where you can see what you need and what you have and so forth ^.^-]
