perhaps you could try it without th Fallen Wish, and swap the Dreamers dust for a store dress. That would cut the price down.
unfortunately i don't have much other advice considering all you have are evolving and donation items on that avatar.
You really ought to try using store items, they may be a lot more limiting, but they are more often than not, cheaper then a donation/evolving counterpart.
