Can I get an opinion on this.. I drew Ala's head shot. I want real feedback on this. You're all welcome to make a joke about it aslong as there is some kind of serious feedback involved too.

You need fine tuning. Try have a plastic ruler bent at the side to help draw long curves.

Looks good but I'd say make the white of the eyes a little bigger. On the avi there seems to be more white in the area than black. Or at least that's what I noticed. Otherwise it looks really good to me.

I like it. I think it could use a little extra time put into it if you're planning on selling it though...or rather making other pictures like it to sell. Maybe some coloring or something?
And here's my head...for ..comparison purposes...
