I am a writer. I'm also an aspiring filmmaker. I'm starting to get into digital video because it's a cheap, efficient way to start out in the medium. I much prefer film for quality and for the look and feel of it, but digital video definitely has its advantages. I love photography, but haven't been doing very much of it lately.
I also draw occasionally, and have experimented with animation. I've always wanted to do stop motion, I just have to get some plasticine. I carve wood, mostly as a hobby. I also play a variety of musical instruments, most of them casually, but some a bit more seriously, such as didgeridoo, saw, ukulele, and almost anything brass.
I feel like I've said too much.

I like sewing, scrapbooking, and....home renovating (I like to think of it as large-scale art redface ) I'm currently looking for reno-job number 5!!

I always thought it would be kind of cool to be an opera singer. I had one living in the apartment above mine for awhile. He would sing entire songs from HMS Pinafore. I just happen to like Gilbert and Sullivan, and between him and the violin player who used to live upstairs, mine used to be a very musical building.

Ok so here is the list of types of art i do
Writing - nonfiction, spiritual, fantasy genre
Musical - plays the flute
Photography - on occasion
Artwork - abstract art mostly some on occassion technical drawings

I like photography, crocheting, and rughooking (not latch hook). I like things that I can thnk of my own color scheme. I like taking pictures because there is soooo many beautiful things in the world.
