1st is Yui Horie, she played Naru in Love Hina, Makie in Negima, and Eri in School Rumble. She also got a lot of list of animes in her resume... I like her anime songs too w/ high pitched pop idol voice... redface
2nd Mamiko Noto, played Nodoka in Negima and Yakumo in School Rumble, fitted to her as gentle and innocent characters... A lot of animes in her resume too... 3nodding

As far as American voice actors go, my favourites are Steven Blum, Johnny Yong Bosch, Greg Ayres, Hillary Haag, and a few others. My enjoyment of American dubs is limited strictly to a select few anime. I feel that the industry is halfassing the job they're doing on most of the new stuff that's being released.

Crispin Freeman and Paul Dobson are probably 2 of my favorites. Jason-Gray Stanford used to be one of my favorites, but it looks like he got out of the VA business in the 90's
...don't know who he is? Listen to Radditz's (sp?) voice, or watch Ronin Warriors and listen to the character Kento's voice
