THIS HARDLY MATTERS
That is Joachim Armster, VAMPIRE!
He's from the PS2 game Castlevania: Lament of Innocence
Though he was a minor character, and a minor boss, he is the only villain character in the whole Castlevania series you get to play as. (At least, until Judgment came out, ew) His name is either Spanish or Arabic, both are up to debate.
(Personally, Arabic seems hawter to me LOL)

Q: Is he wearing pants? I can't tell.
A: Yes he is. You just can't really tell, as they are close to his skin tone. By like...4 shades. LOL
Q: So, he's a vampire, any backstory?
A: Walter, his 'maker' turned him. At some point, Joachim rebelled against Walter, and was put in a the water prision.
Q: Walter?
A: The main boss of Castlevania: Lament of Innocence. He sole the hero's bride to be. So Leon, (the hero) goes to the rescue, budumbum!
Q: Why do you like him?
A:Well, for one thing, he's just got a great design. The second is that he's hot. What can I say? XD The third reason I like him is his personality. From what you're shown in game, he has gone quite insane, but, he does seem to retain logical thought.
Q: Will you rename his for the Soq RP?
A: Yes and No. Yes, as I will need to for RP, no, as I do want to keep his original name 'Joachim'.

It's mainly up to your interpretation. His outfit is find of hard to do in Soq form, so, overall, if you think you can make something work, try it. NOTHING I say is OMG IT HAS TO BE THIS WAY. I'm all for colorist freedom and creativity. But I have these things to add/point out: Unlike the 4th ref, could the back cloth be draped over his side rather then back? Kind of making a makeshift saddle from his armor? In the 3rd ref, you can see a necklace that I would adore to see in the final work, either hanging off of his neck, or, acting as a sort of crest. In the aura ref, don't feel that you have to have the glow all around him, maybe just have it looking like a kind of mist. I would like to see it in some form though. Total Price:

Hair style: The hair is wild looking, but not long, rather its short a ‘frizzed’. -In the hair are strings of pearls and agates, and, by the ear, is one yellow rose.

Mane: Because Mercury has the highest Orbital eccentricity, I image he'd look a bit frayed, maybe even crazed. Perhaps, a mohawk of sorts?
Tail: W/e you think matches with the mane best
Hooves: Long hair around them, but not fully covering up the hoof itself.
Accessories:
-A necklace of two snakes (with wings), joined at the center with an silver mercury 'crest' clasped in their mouths. An emerald sits in the circle.
- Something like Talaria On the back legs. The wings won't real, only made of silver with gold inlay perhaps?
-Around the hooves, I'd beel cool (IMO) to see the element mercury, as if he'd just stepped in it and is kind of trailing in around. (Granted, its deadly >w>')
