Ok, so tonight was our last day of band camp and we finished it off with skit night. Each section performed their own skit and it just so happened that the percussion chose to make fun of the guard. They had stretched with us this morning and, owing to the fact that we are much more flexible, the couldn't really do all of our stretches. Their skit involved acting like the guard and doing a couple random and weird "stretches" (like touching your left toe to your right eye.) The entire guard was laughing so hard we cried.
Considering that I could always use a good laugh, what kind of jokes have you either seen or personally pulled on other band members?

Last year we put caution tape all over the new band director's car.
Year before taped the Drum Major. (Not her car the drum major herself)
This year. We are going to steal the new drum majors cell phone (he is a huge *****) and tape it to the ceiling of the band room.

eek hehe too much good stuff biggrin i put a stink bomb in the tuba as soon as he blew... BOOM biggrin OMG ITS A SKUNK O.O
i locked a freshman (im a sophomore) in the cage where we keep the tubas in when we go to competitions so that they is safe O.O and i stuffed another freshman in the actual tuba case
