heh, I always was fond of Salem from Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
and on Gilmore Girls, the cat Rory had to take care of for her neighbors was a really cute one named Cinnamon.
And as for movies, The Aristocats of course, and then the Steve Martin/Claire Danes movie Shopgirl, where Danes' character had a beautiful cat named Sylvia.
