(I'm stealing this from someone who stole it from another forum.) Rules below. It sounds like a lot of work, but once you start it becomes an addictive way to procrastinate pretty much anything. :3 How to play 1 - Go to wikipedia. hit "random". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random the first random wikipedia article name you get is the name of your band. 2 - Go to random quotations: http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3 the last four words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album. 3 - Go to flickr and click on "explore the last seven days" http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days/ third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover. 4 - Use photoshop or mspaint to bring it all together. If you can't save a flickr image because it saves as spaceball.gif, you can take a screen shot of it instead. Examples: Which He Loves It by PepperonciniThe Middle of Things by DoulougouHoly enters the World by Powerfist

I got: The Chesapeake Western Railway "Poetry should please by a fine excess and not by singularity. It should strike the reader as a wording of his own highest thoughts, and appear almost as a remembrance. " And Gypsy Folk music, all videos involving trains of somesort

I nearly wet myself when I got erotic asphyxiation. In more ways that one. This band would be lounge-y and sing in english, french, and portuguese.

I got Ford City, Pennsylvainia Friendship is certainly the finest balm for the pangs of disappointed love. and They would play a combination of Trip-Hop and Cabaret. It's an all girl band but has a male bassist who looks terrified and nervous all the time and startles at loud noices and direct eye-contact. Their gimmich would be weird pattern stockings and a tour bus that changes color every week. They toss used postcards into the crowd after every set.

Some aucostic guitar "indie" music where the chick just says her "ironic/quirky" lyrics in a sing-song voice instead of sings them. They'll be heavy on piano and support some obscure enviromental group, and claim their lack of fame "suits them" because it's really "all about the music" and how when they started the band they never wanted "to do anything to big" because that's "fake"

Low budget, avent-garde stuff. The kind that reminds you just because it's different doesn't mean it's worthwhile.

I can't think of what they'd be, because everytime I try to concentrate I'm distracted by how cute that bird is. I think that's how they get people to buy their albums.
