Gaia has now introduced the "Active Items", the very first one being Faunzy's Flute:
In order to use this item, merely Customize your Avatar and equip the item. After you Save Avatar, you will be sent a PM from [NPC] Faunzy, which reads like this:
The game is simple Rock-Paper-Scissors, as you can see. Just click on your choice, and you'll have a 1-in-3 chance of a direct win. A draw is not bad, as you will see later, too... You will be sent a PM for each flute you have equipped - which could be up to two at a time (since it's a hand-held item).
If you LOSE, you are given a consolation prize of... Unsightly Body Hair (including overgrown pubic hair). Ewww... xp

If you WIN, you are brought to the following screen to choose what to do with your prize:
If you DRAW, you will also be given the same choice to Collect the Consolation Prize (ewww!), or to Press your Luck for the next prize. However, Pushing your Luck merely means that you stay at the same stage and get to try again next time. That means, although you only have a 1-in-3 chance of a Direct Win, you also only have a 1-in-3 chance of losing your place and starting over again from scratch.
If you choose to Collect Your Prize, your prize will be delivered into your inventory with the message below, and you will be able to start off from scratch with a new game tomorrow.
If you choose to Press Your Luck, then your prize will be withheld, and when you try the game again the next day, you stand a chance at winning a bigger better prize, or losing it all:
Every day as you equip this item, you will be sent a new Challenge by Faunzy to your inbox. The timer for which you can play the game is 24 hours- meaning, if you play at 10:00 PM, you will not be able to play again until 10:00 PM the following day.
