Pronunciation is surely... An individual thing. How I pronounce something may be entirely different to how you do, yet both may be correct.
Regardless, I pronounce Miheal Keehl as "Me-Hell Keel".

I just say it "Michael." That's they way they had it in the manga I read, so that's how I'm used to saying it... -shrug-

Saint Hallow i just instinctually say mile keel I think "mile" is how you say Matt's real name.
