What is your favorite pep/marching band song to play? I'm not sure if there is a thread like this on here, but I can't seem to find one so...here it is. I love Hey! Baby! That is like my favorite song cuz we get to sing it plus my crush used to sing it on the cross country bus (when I was in it). Good times, and my favorite marching band song would have to be Sir Duke, which my friend is singing right now, and sadly I'm singing along...Oh and what is the Hey! song anyway? I have no idea...I'm so lost!! sad

My favorite pepband song would have to be Psychobable. I play trombone and it's an awesome brass song. My favorite marching song (I play tuba for that) is King Herod Song. I played the quartet part in it and it's awesome!!

Hey! Baby!, Party Train, and Prime Time hands down. Those are the most fun, active songs you can possibly play (okay, not really) for pep band. ^^ They're all just so fun to play and listen to!
The Hey Song is this one kind of fun song that is mainly composed of clapping and people yelling "Hey" and "Huh". 3nodding

The Hey song. Deffinitly.
Although, when the brass do a hoe-down... it's a pretty close second.

I like the Hey Song too! I think my fave's probably Louie Louie...especially when the wind symphony people start playing it up octaves and make slides and things in the middle...

Well when we play for our some-what crappy football team we play a song called 'Sell out' by Big Reel Fish. It's an awesome song and has a great instrumental intro in the beginning.

I just love Hey! Baby! *Starts singing* Oh...sorry...I also love Centerfold, Sell Out, Soul Finger, The Impression That I Get, I just love pep band!! I've convinced two of my friends to be in it this year!! I wonder why we don't play the Hey song... sad

Hey Baby, Get Ready for This, Low Rider, and our fight song, Tiger Rag. Low Rider especially, 'cause it's our trombone section song that only we play.

I luurve "You give love a bad name". Our B-Ball pep band plays that, and I have to say, just never stand next to the snares when we play it. Three words:

LOUD-AS-HELL
it almost makes your ears bleed, but it IS the funnest to play.
