It's possible that a cat could kill a fox - cats are pretty tough little hunters, though I can't imagine that most would want to take on something as large as a fox.
As far as the biting, is it aggressive biting (attacking your arms and displaying other shows of aggression like flattened ears, dilated pupils, raised fur etc) or is it affectionate biting (playing and he just doesn't know how hard he's actually doing it)?
no he knows what he is doing in fact sometimes when we pet him he will be purring and attacking us at the same time. His breed is a bombay so they are naturally aggressive but this just takes that to a completely new level
