So who here has to go to band camp this summer? I know some bands don't have band camp. I wish my band didn't but oh well you win some you loose some. neutral neutral neutral

my band does but the thing is, is that we work so hard and it really pays off in the end. so what i say is do your best and just go out there and so what you do.

Band camp is the highlight of my summer!!!!!
I love band camp and cant wait for it to start! We have it every year and everyone loves it. even tho we work hard, and are often dead at the end of the day, our band is like one big family, and we love to chill and work together.

My band has Band Camp. I love it. It's more fun then anything. Sure its 2 weeks 9-9. But it is really enjoyable time to learn new work and to make the band better. My band has Two 3 day mini camps one is 6-9 and the other is 9-9 then we have 10 days of band camp 9-9 and then We have kill drill which is sooooo mcuh fun. It's hell but after it you laugh because pur techs are really funny during it. Who else has kill drill?

My school has band camp around the end of August. In the past it's always been two weeks, five days each, 9-5, but starting last year it's just been five days, from 9-5. We don't sleep over or anything, it's just day camp at the high school.
We call it "Hell Week", but Band Camp pays off.

this is my first year doing marching season, so i'm really excited to see what band camp is like!
first we have a mini camp mon-fri for one week noon-6pm,
than we have our official band camp thats mon-fri the week before school starts 9am-6pm.
during winterguard we have 9-9 on saturdays if your on world guard surprised

Immortal Intoxication this is my first year doing marching season, so i'm really excited to see what band camp is like! first we have a mini camp mon-fri for one week noon-6pm, than we have our official band camp thats mon-fri the week before school starts 9am-6pm. during winterguard we have 9-9 on saturdays if your on world guard surprised and 9-9 during the end of winter break. and if ur in the jv most of the time, its form 3:30 to maybe 6:30 then it became 6:30 to 8

lol, u ppl are lucky, i dont have band camp here in australia, still it would be kinda hrd to move my piano rofl , at least i can stil jam wid friends

my school has band camp but i can never go to it cuz i go to this sciency-summer program ever summer. but i really wish i could go to band camp cuz my friends make it sound so torturous and so fun all at the same time. and when ever i go back to skool i'm always out of the band camp loop. *sigh*

1 week 5 days I've been counting down to our camp for the past 3 weeks I'm sooooo exited. It pays off so much in the end you don't really even remember all the pain and tears you just remember that because of it when you walk through the stadium doors at BOA or State you think of all the hard work on the feild and how at this point it's your show and you have the right...no...the obligation to give it your all and make the audience respond in the correct manner and at the end give a wave of a standing ovation. And you should always walk off the feild feeling acomplished and happy that at those 3 weeks of band camp mon-fri 8-5 it was all worth it.
that's why I love band camp.

My band camp is next week. I'm sooo excited!! 12 hours of non-stop marching band for 5 days. It's heaven! heart

We have a band 'go to school for six hours a day for two weeks' thing. Which we call band camp.

My Band Camp is from 9am-5pm For one week. and it is right outside our skool on the practice field. Which our prctice field is like marching drill on a mountain. crying
