That's what she said: I don't get it. How is that so effing funny? How did it start? Can anyone explain?

Tang/What astronauts drink: I really don't get it. Tang exists? Why is it associated with teh astronauts? Did they really drink tang? Explain?

"That's what she said." I think it became popular after being used in one of those teen moves, like American Pie. It plays off of perverted humor by making fun of a guy's masculinity or the lack there of. Typically is a way that makes fun of the size of a guy's reproductive organs, lack there of, or his skill in bed. It is a rather childish and low brow style of humor but catchy so its use has spread.
