how many are there and what are they?? i'm trying to make symphony and jazz band, my FIRST year of high school, and we try out for htis in 8th grade. i'm going into 8th grade and we try out for what band we're going to be in at the end of the year. so i need to know the scales so i can practice them, i already have a sheet of what the regualr major sharp and flat scales, so i'm already good there. but i need to know the blues or jazz scales or whatever you want to call them.
