Okay, I heard that My Chemical Romance will perform their final concert in Mexico, because they are breaking up the band. I hear the fault is Gerard's, and I hear it from my extremely obsessed friend. Say it isn't so!!!

gonk o nos!! i hope not!!! but five iron frenzies trumpet player was once prezumed dead and everyone thought the band would break up! they wrote a song about it cause he was just sick the day of the concert! rofl its my favorite song!! i hope this is like that!!

I think it's because he's married (or getting married, I don't know which one). WHY COULDN'T THEIR LAST CONCERT BE IN CHICAGO?!?!?!?! I WANTED TO SEE THEM ONCE!!!!!

I doubt it. The black Parade is Done but I doubt they are breaking up... But It could be.. It Doesn't say anything about it in the official guild though.

their breaking up is a bad news coz of good music they play...
but i'd rather buy their CDs instead of seeing them perform live. take "Welcome to the Black Parade" as example, the live and the album version is a big difference...
PS: sorry if i offended any MCR loyal fans, i had no intention to do it, just to express my point of view. please tolerate it, thank you

(although this forum was posted in May i shall leave my opinion anyways!)

I know this is an old post, but.
That wasn't the BANDS final show.
It was the final show on the BLACK PARADE tour,
then "the black parade is dead" DVD is being released,
and THEN they're going to begin writing/recording the next album, which will be a "return to punk" roots.

no they arnt breaking up mexico was last show for the black parade aand then they will put out the black parade is dead! and then they will record anthor album and then after that they will go on tour for it

they're not breaking up; they only killed the black parade.
if they WERE, gee would have said something like
"the band may go their seperate ways after our break from touring."
(i saw them in madison square garden and they ROCKED...then i started to cry when i got home. i wanted to stay there forever and just sing along with my favorite band for the rest of my life!!~ crying crying crying )

theyre not breaking up
hes getting married so the band is just gonna take a break so geared can spend time with his wife to be.
or at least thats what i heard.
