i think they can be pretty functional as well as cool ^^ for example, people can't not see you at night, so you're less likely to get run over ^^ it'd also be good if you're a strip club owner (or regular club
rolleyes ) and want to attract buisness.
3nodding i've also seen glow skirts.
biggrin they're DIY skirts that use fibrous glowsticks and a battery pack, and the design i saw was made to look like flames ^^ was pretty cool. and when you move, it actually DOES look like you're on fire!
whee how to make a fire skirt ^^. these could also be great for formal events at night ^^ like prom, or for daring bridesmaids =D
