I need advice. One of my cats sometimes doesn't clean up her hindquarters after relieving herself, leaving me to clean it up for her. I used to dip her rump in water, leaving her to lick up the water and therefore her mess, but then she started ignoring the wetness, so I started bathing her. I don't like doing that, because although it cleans her up nicely, it takes forever for her to dry and leaves her miserable--not to mention it's difficult as all get out to keep her in the tub, which she and I both hate. I just had to clean her up again, and this time it what so much of a struggle that I needed help from my mom.

Does anyone have suggestion as to what I should do? I really don't want to get her all wet again, but I don't know what else to do.

There are all kinds of scented & unscented cat bathing wipes on the market, Ive also used wet wipes for babies on them, I just add a bit more water to the tub to make them moist some times they seem so dry. I get unscented, & hypoallergenic. Ive had a few younger cats who were messy like that too. They did outgrow it.
