If you can get into Fishing, it'd be cheaper to try and catch one. I've had no trouble catching them with the basic rod and F-bait (and the bait comes from the Daily Chance with quite some regularity). You can find them in Bass'ken Lake (the default Fishing lake), and I think they're more common when it's night-time on Gaia. 3nodding

You can't buy them from stores anywhere. They put a store price on the fish so that you could sell them back to the stores if you wanted.
