My roommate makes these amazing charms, (for cellphones, zipper pulls, and slightly bigger ones for keychains) and she has a healthy love of EGL.
However living a thousand miles from her mom, she doesn't get much money for said love. (and god knows I would love to go to the closet and auctually find one of my dresses hanging there when I look for it.)
So, she's decided to start making Lolita styled charms to sell in order to fundraise for her first dress.
And that leads me here, asking for ideas. Things you think would be cute as charms, things you would like to see that you never do.

That's a really neat idea. Please tell her good luck from a total stranger.
As far as ideas go, I'm not the most creative of people, but here are some things I wouldn't mind seeing as charms.
Rockinghorse shoes
Playing cards
Parasols
Images of cameos
For something rarer, she could potentially focus on specific styles (geta sandals for Wa-Lolita or a little syringe for Guro-Lolita, etc)

Bows, keys, animals, (pretty-looking) skulls, shoes, lockets, simple little dresses, hearts, jewels, rainbows, stars, I don't know. I wish her a happy store.

Some people may mistake the "geta sandal" idea for just a charm just inspired by Japanese in general, so make sure your friend notes that it's inspired by wa-lolita. That is if she ends up using that idea.

That's wonderful, I hope her business goes well! As for charms, I'd say things like instruments, musical notes, or anything that represents innocensce. Maybe, going a step further, your friend could duplicate these charms as earings and sell them as a set? Good luck with everything!
