I honestly think that the end of the series is going to happen with Anita dying and that being the end of it. Although I don't like the thounght much. How do you think the series will end?

I really have no idea how the series could end because it could go so many different ways in the next however so many books. I can't see it ending with Anita's death, though. No reason for that, really, I just don't think it's going to happen that way.

if anita dies.. she couldnt be narrating. so unless all of a sudden someone else starts telling the story, im sure thats not going to happen. plus, i dont think anita can die. with her new close ties to the vamps.. i think theyre gonna find that shes "immortal" in the way they are. but.. maybe not.
and i cant say how its going to end. hopefully it wont be for a long while still. im sure we've got alot of new powers to see ebfore its done though.

I also think it's going to revolve around Anita becoming immortal. I'm not sure about the surrounding circumstances but I think that little bit of info will bring the series ending.. though giving it some thought it could go on quite a while longer with her as an immortal character. I just don't think it will be as fun for some reason. I hate to think of [m]any of the characters dying but I could see that happening too. Some final showdown with the vampire council and then Anita and the survivors going into hiding.

I can't bear to think of it ending at all. I just can't even imagine how depressed I will be.

I don't see the series ending with Anita's death. Who would be there to finish it off, considering it's a first-person narrative? razz
Meh. After some huge, huge battle where some major character dies. That's all I can think of that would allow the series to go out with a satisfactory bang.

I think Anita will die, or she might finally get caught for a big kill, and can't be protected, so she goes off with Edward and they become partners, as fugitives under diff names.

I think if Anita ever does die, it should be Edward who does the deed.

Narniakat I think if Anita ever does die, it should be Edward who does the deed. I agree but I also agree that it would be difficult for her to die and narrate while she is dead. biggrin

Star~Nelia Narniakat I think if Anita ever does die, it should be Edward who does the deed. I agree but I also agree that it would be difficult for her to die and narrate while she is dead. biggrin I just had this amusing thought about Anita narrating from heaven.. then it became more amusing when I switched it to Anita narrating from hell wink And I agree. If by some chance she did die Edward should be the person to do it.

i beleive the series will end when anita finally decides who she is going to stay with, and she will probably will have a kid since they are trying to not have a kid. well i think if anita will die it will be by edwards hands, that will be sad since they have become friends.

Yeah, i think there will be a showdown with the council and maybe Anita dying but being resurected by her Necromancy powers..or something like that...and a final decision on who she will be with..
