-->Why would Locke leave the Island? Nobody could get his dead corpse off of an island nobody knows exists, but it's possible the people on the boat told everybody.
The tables could be turned, he could be taken captive by the boat-people.
Quote:
Jack cried when he saw the newspaper article. He wouldn't cry if it was Locke.
Except Jack cried at the end of the episode, admitting that they shouldn't have left the island (Which is what Locke is preaching) and that they need to go back; which is in turn admitting that Locke was right all along.
Quote:
Nobody appeared at the funeral. Locke's relatives probably would've come. Probably even his dad (as much as they hated eachother) would've came.
His dad? His dead father would have shown up to his funeral?
eek Locke didn't have family or friends. He had a crazy mother that used him for money, and a woman who ran away when he wouldn't stop lying to her.
Quote:
Ben left the island as shown on the new episode with Sayid. (I'm bad with episode titles.
razz )
But Ben seems to be hidden and protected. Would it also stand to reason that Saiyd would go to the funeral if they were working so closely together?
Quote:
Jack cried when he saw the newspaper article because of guilt. He led everyone to believe that the boat people were there to save them, but Ben kept saying that they want to kill everyone on the island. If he would've listened to him, then a lot of people wouldn't have died.
If you switch the name "Ben" for "Locke," the statement is still true. Ben and Locke had the
same views about the people on the boat (or at least the same views outwardly, since Ben obviously knows who the people are)
Quote:
Nobody appeared at the funeral because Ben sucks.
razz Kate would be just as mad at Locke, if not more so.

Kate said, "Why would I want to go?" See last two words above.
