xd I end up waking up rather quickly and nudging her head away with my hand. She'll then lick my hand, up my arm, my neck, my chin, and right back to the nose again.

Because cats love doing disgusting things?
My girls love to groom me - Clover tends to try and groom my hair, which just sticks to her tongue and Violet grooms my hands and arms obsessively. They both also seem to like feet and Violet will suck on the armpits of shirts I've worn.

I had a cat, which sucked my eyelid... It was awful to wake at night and couldn't open eyes only because you had cat on face...

I think its because they love cleaning things, so it's perfectly normal.
like one time, Tam Tam, a 6 month old black Angora cat, lick my sister arm to escape from her holding him. (Tam Tam been doing this a lot if he doesn't like to get hold)
