But this deserves some serious attention.
Gary Gygax on March 4th 2008 Passed Away.
I owe him my life. His imagination, is one of the few things that prevented me from hanging myself when I was going through school. I can genuinely say that; to Gygax, I do owe a lot of who I am today and that this is a terrible tragedy.
Farewell Gary... My your dice roll true in heaven.

I remember reading that AD&D was largely a way of TSR phazing him out, so by the time I got there he was already off the scene, but no less, without D&D I would have grown up to be a different person. I'm convinced of that. I'm in debt to the founder of RPG's also.

I've got some friends round for D&D tomorrow.
I'm contemplating dropping the current campaign and doing a good old fashioned dungeon crawl for one day in memory of the man.
