My faves are Lincoln and Clinton.
Lincoln because of the emancipation of slavery and the ratification of the 14th amendment...
Clinton because he kept things interesting xp wink

George Washington was the 1st. I find Abe Lincoln to be interesting as well. He did many things to help so many people become free by freeing the slaves.
Bill Clinton was a good president overall, and I have to admit it was interesting.

Yes, I immediately thought Dave Navarro. ...and his punishment is that he sees the dawn before the rest of the world.

FDR- Don't agree with him cheating on Eleanor, but between the two they accomplished several incredible things. Also, he is an inspiration to us "Americans with Disabilities". Rock on man, rock on.
Lincoln- He showed a capacity for humility, wisdom, and growth few presidents since have exhibited.
TAFT!!!
And Al Gore. Since conspiracies say he won it some years back we can loop hole him into presidency. I think he really balanced Bill out. It's rare to see a responsible adult as a politician.

Well, I admired Clinton a lot when I was little.
Herbert Hoover lived in China and spoke Chinese, so that's pretty awesome.
And of course the whole Abe Lincoln stovepipe hat and abolishment of slavery was pretty awesome.
I really need to brush up on my U.S. history too though... sweatdrop

Definitely have to agree with everyone on Lincoln. 3nodding I also like Reagan and his "Just Say No Campaign" for kids to learn how to say no to drugs/alcohol, etc. Kennedy was good too when trying to lead the country to having Americans take an active role in how their government is being run. He also started the Peace Corps which I believe was a wonderful idea! (not that I've taken part in it though sweatdrop ) and started us on the Space Race as I like to call it. Truman was also good for a president (you would know I'd have to say that since I'm from the KC area and my grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as him, but really...) he had a lot of pressure and stress put on him with the Cold War and the communism threats. Why he even formed NATO and from what I've heard and understood he also had a great sense of humor. FDR was great too for bringing the US out of the Great Depression and creating lots of opportunities for the US people. Man, we need another great man like him! (I want more opportunities to serve my country and make money!) Jefferson also was an eloquent writer and able to explain things to the public without much difficulty. Just think about the Declaration of Independence. 3nodding
