Ok, I am currently making a drawing of a fairy using chalk as the medium. And I want to give some Lolita flair to her outfit. Thing is, I feel that gothic Lolita will help bring it up a bit... And silly me, I am having some hard time finding a decent combonation of it... So any ideas? I will be posting the pic once it is done.

Have you tried looking at other artists for inspiration? Just looking through DeviantART and EGL I've found a few examples.
This artist posts regularly on EGL and she occasionally combines her drawings with fantasy elements, such as this piece or this piece. Another artist that I find interesting is NoFlutter. Her personal website is down it looks like, but her DA gallery is still up. Her style has a lot of sparkle to it and leans towards erotic or gothic lolita inspired images rather than something that is sweet, or strictly lolita as the fashion goes.
Neither of those artists are lolita as it applies to actual, practical fashion at all [as would be Imai Kira], but more lolita-inspired; maybe some of those links will help you in finding some inspiration of your own, though?
