There were a ton more that were simmilar to that above

The only reason I aim for the blouses is because they remind me of the blouses you can find on mm or vm or innocent world... "somewhat"

I think that a lot of girls will see this and think lolita and perhaps do that stereotype where theyll by it, wear it with jeans or a really short skirt and say, "hey, i am lolita!" That is obviously wrong.

Also, I have heard that their stuff doesnt last...

However...

I think if worn the proper way (as in you can get a really cute vm jumper dress and wear one of the right blouses) then it might look "alright..."

Also, I have bought stuff from Forever and it hasnt ripped yet... but then... maybe its because i wash my clothes by hands (like the old people use to do it). I dont do machine laundry to my clothes unless its whites or jeans etc.

Im very cautious aabout my clothing (especially since many of them are delicate [dresses]).
-----------------------------------------------
I just wanted to get an overview Idea on what people think of the store and its products and the people who buy them. Do you think these blouses could be incorporated to the Lolita fashion if worn properly?

and

I don't believe could be incorporated as boobage =/= lolita, and very rarely can be used in erololi, and the first is seems like its just the total wrong shape as well to me.

Looks like it wouldn't work because of the shirring on the bottom which looks like it should be worn on the hips, which would be where the skirt would have already covered.
Other then them, they look fine and could be used for lolita to me.
I have no idea about Forever21's clothing as its a US store, and I'm obviously not there.

Forever 21 is great. I bought a dress from there last summer and it has a shirred bust and it's a tanish orangeish floral print. I'll have to take pictures of it sometime soon, seeing as they don't have it on their website anymore.

They don't have a Forever 21 near me, which really sucks apples because I love that store to pieces.

Yeah I guess I kidna get it. Its more contemporary lol.
There should be a more contemporary lolita I think. I wonder what sort of creative thing they might do with it XP

I mean every year there is a new style and something more unique. I wanna see what the world has to offer smile

As for this blouse
http://www.forever21.com/images/large/46035853-01.jpg
I think I could work. Yeah it probably goes to the hips but you can tuck it in so it might work... or worn with a jumper skirt like the one I saw from Innocent World <3

I think you have to be very clever to make this work and have a lot of experience.

There is a forever21 near me and I never bother to go in... now I'll definitely have to check it out. I think some of those blouses could work really well. How are the prices at forever21? (as I said I never bother to go in.) are those blouses really expensive?

I shop in Forever21 and I can tell you.
Not any of the girls who shop there know what Lolita is.
Yes Forever21 is a store that caters to the Japanese street fashion,
But not everyone knows that.
And yes I always go in there and see people who dress with jeans, or those ugly leggings.
But you shouldnt bash them for not knowing.
Simply tell them that the outfit is wrong and give them an example what to wear with it.
They can take your advice or just look stupid.
Who knows, they could be future Loli's.

Yeah I suppose you have a point, but im not sure on this info but my friend tells me that the store was started by two korean women. So i can see probably why there is somewhat of an asian influence.

Well, i guess people could tell them first that its wrong... but sometimes its annoying how they boast themselves as they are and then they get support from other who dont know :/

Oh YUM! There is a huge Forever 21 in the city, and I really had no desire to shop there until now. I'm loving their cream blouses.

Forever 21 usually has nice clothing for good prices. I got pretty long brown skirt a few years ago, most stores were selling them for about $50.00 but I got it for $20.00

I think so, definately. ^^. Those blouses are super-cute, and with a nice jumper over them, a petticoat, and some tights and shoes, they'd look wonderful. Especially the tinted ones, if you could maybe get one bow to match the blouse, and one bow to match whatever jumper you put over it. Of course, the colors would hafta look nice together... I'm rambling. >.<. Sowwy!
