lol lucky me im a trombonist...so i only have to worry about bend slides XD..and only way that'll get bend is if i run over some judge at and marching compatitions (next year..)..but anyway i guess im sorry to hear that..would say more BUT..i dont know my way around any keyed insturments...

is your instrument high end, or a walmart special? If it's something you've grown accustomed to you could have it soldered back on at a repair shop.
