Yes, that small thingie looking like crossbreed between flute and recorder. Typical for irish music.
Have somebody an experience with it? Some advice for a begginer? Pleeez.

Wow. Been a longgg time since I've played one of those!
I use to play that before starting band in school, I taught myself how to play it.
I don't even remember much about it.
I think I still have mine somewhere tho...that and my recorder.
Uhmm.....I can only remember playing Hot Cross Buns, one of the easiest songs ever.

I don't have that much experience with it...(about one year... xp ) But I think I'm pretty okay with it... xd It's one of the instruments that my teacher is teaching me... anyways...

What exactly would you like to know about it? Oh...and what kind of penny whistle do you have? (name, key, etc...) sweatdrop

I played that thing in the fifth grade!
It's still sitting in my closet...But I remember nothing about it.

azndragon: what kind of songs do you play with it? 'cause this is my problem - I have some older notesheets for recorder, but they seem to be completely 'unplayable', if you understand me.
