“Damn it’s hot”. Zell thought to himself. He’s not joking. Everywhere he looked, people were hiding under trees or some other shady spot.
“I agree, it’s hotter than hell!” Dane spoke loud enough in a tone that Zell recognized as the tone she used when she slipped into his mind and could read his thoughts.
Zell flared “stay out of my mind!” he yelled then glared in her dark azure eyes. She was sitting in the middle of the grounds legs to her side. She smiled so sweetly it was sour
“I wanted to make sure that you weren’t fantasizing, being the pervert you are.” His temper rose again and he blushed.
“I am not a pervert.” then he turned.
Dane smiled even sweeter. “So that wasn’t you who snuck in to the girls’ locker room?” she got closer.
His face lined “well I dropped a marble and it rolled under the door and just because I went to retrieve it doesn’t mean I am a lecher, but that’s not the point.”
He finished. Dane drew back to sit down. “Then why even bring it up?” she said.
Zell thought then started “Well I guess…” but a sharp bell cut him off abruptly.
Dane sighed. “Never mind we need to get back to sparring.”
Before Zell could say anything Dane had already skipped half way to the south edge of the grass field.
When she made it to the grass edge she griped the handle of a seven foot long, 2 feet wide great sword with one hand and she easily lifted it high above her head.
Some people that where walking by stopped to gasp in wonder of how such a small fragile girl can lift a dragon slayer class weapon that should take two men to carry
