*Shrugs* Its just a belief system based around the concept of communion with nature via small rituals that can be used to manipulate the energy of living things in the slightest way for better or worse.

It has a 3 fold return policy as a deterrent to stop you using the rituals to bare someone ill will.

Not sure if thats an entirely accurate synopsis, but its the best I can offer from what I've seen, heard and read.

It had the girls from Party of 5, Empire Records and Waterboy in it... so I was sold on that fact alone.

And an under rated actress as best demonstrated in Pushing Tin.

Same could said of Galileo and Newton when their therums were first made public, now their research forms the basis of modern physics.

I wouldn't say it was a bad movie, I just have had nothing but bad experiences with it. Particularly, the first three times I saw it were with people who really piss me off. Their commentary and obsession on the movie just turned me off immediately.

Yeah, but Ravenwolf takes a religion that was created over 50 years ago and screws with it, thus sending all these streams of kids out into that community with no clue what it really is.

But her ways of doing things are becoming so much popular than actual Wicca I suppose she's winning this battle. Plus, her advice gets stuff sold at the local New Age shop.

This guild is probably the best pagan guild on the site
http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/index.php?guild_id=325

Avoid crap like Silver Ravenwolf and Scott Cunningham (or at least take him with a grain of salt. He's not near as bad as Ravenwolf., but he tends to be full of s**t)
Avoid anything that claims to be for teens

Buckland's "Complete Book of Witchcraft" is pretty good
http://www.llewellyn.com/bookstore/book.php?pn=L050
Gavin and Yvonne Frost are fairly credible as well
