Any of your cats enjoy wearing clothes? Or maybe just rolling around in piles of the stuff? Personally, while maybe not classified as "clothes," I'd love to see a cat in this: rofl Pictures of kittens in baskets of clothes are a must if you have the available! heart

That is too cute. I think you'd probably need your own set of armour to protect yourself, if you tried to stuff a cat into that though. I'm sure you've all seen CAT PRIN, which I love love love: http://www.petoffice.co.jp/catprin/english/I'm sad that they took the sheep hat off the site, as it's my favourite. I swore to my husband when we got Violet that I would not force her to wear clothes, but it's hard to resist. There doesn't seem to be much of anything available commercially for cats, but some of the small doggy outfits look like they'd fit a cat nicely. I saw a kitty in a sweater when I was taking Santa photos at PetSmart, which was very cute. I did buy a small doggy sweater for Violet, but I guess underestimated how much she'd grown, cause it was tiny. I used to sew clothes for my cats when I was a kid. I made a Red Riding hood cape and dress, a Hawaiian shirt and skirt and a white jacket trimmed with faux leopard fur and sleeves/legwarmers(? socks without feet, basically. They hated those.) I still have the Hawaiian shirt kicking around my mum's house, and Lili actually wears it quite willingly. I think all cats like laying in piles of clothes - it's a cat thing. whee Violet will actually burrow into our pile of dirty laundry when I'm sorting it.

That is actually something that my boyfriend would let me dress the cats in. Otherwise he hates it.

Well, during Halloween of... 2006, we were walking down an isle in Wal-Mart and noticed all of these cute costumes for dogs and had to get some. We got Chelsie an angel costume (wings and halo) which she didn't allow to get near her. Chelsie loves to sit in wrm clothes, or my dad's work clothes. EW... I have a picture, but I'm having trouble finding it. We got Sebastian a zoro outfit (hat, cape, boots) He liked the hat because it made him feel tough I think, but everything else he hated. I think I have an old picture... wait, no, that's Chloie. We were able to get her in it too. For Chloie, we got her a pricess costume (cape and hat) She liked the cape, wanted to kill the hat.

I used to dress my cat in some of my American Girl Doll clothing. Mainly hats. My parents also bought x mas gear for my two at home. I don't think Dolly would put up with it but I do want to get her a blonde wig so she can look like her namesake.

i used to dress up my dog, but i've never given my cats clothes. they'd probably shred it in seconds. smokey does need a little coat or sweater or something though, he's always shivering in the winter.
i did put my old cat milo in a dress once, one i wore when i was an infant. he hated it so much and i felt bad.
http://www.kittywigs.com/index.html has some cat wigs that i wish i could get my boys in. i want drag kitties!

Haha, that kitty wig site made me rofl.
Oh, geeze. Hehe.
I used to dress up my old kitty Grayson (a male btw) in my baby dolls' clothing. I used to poke holes in the pantaloons for his tail. XD

I bought two cable knit kitty sweaters today. Since it's starting to get warmer, I want to start taking the girls outside, but both girls still have pretty sparse fur on their tums from their spay, so I want to keep them warm. Plus, the sweaters were on sale.
I put them both into their outfits, and within seconds of turning my back she'd gotten herself out of her sweater. Violet wandered around in hers a bit, but didn't seem too thrilled.
I'll try and get some photos soon.

I don't let my cats wear anything, except a collar just in case she goes somewhere in the house and we can't find them... Most likely, they will prefer to NOT wear anything... As it restricts their movements, especially when they love to jump and run about. Clothes invented by man are meant to be for man's purpose, not for aimals. ThI think that the animals find it weid to have something coveringhtm. Whats more, they have fur on their skins, unless they're the sphynx or 'bald' or something...It makes them feel warmer under a pice of cloth...

Unknown Variable Gymnastic Clothes invented by man are meant to be for man's purpose, not for animals. [citation needed] Gymnastic It makes them feel warmer under a piece of cloth... Which, last I heard, warmth is a good thing, especially during winter. :'D no citation.... because humans invented clothes... for OURSELVES... for certain reasons. cats don't NEED clothes...... over HERE, we don't have seasons, meaning no snow, no winter... Whats more, cats should be able to adapt quickly to the seasonal change... Just don't groom them so much during winter... stray cats don't even get groomed and they still can survive

I wonder how many body parts I would lose trying to stuff Chrissy into that suit of armor.
Chrissy hates to get dressed up. I have a pic of her wearing a "Hello Kitty" head and was on her sh*t list for a while after that. wink
