Since we're going with the yearbook theme, I figured I'd get us thinking about our high school days. 5 simple questions about your HS.
1. What was the name of your HS?
2. What were your school colors?
3. What was your mascot?
4. What was your favorite club/sport you were active in?
5. Who was your favorite teacher?
That being said, here's mine:
1. Green Valley High School
2. Green, Blue, and White
3. Gators
4. Speech and Debate (I teach it now!)
5. Ms. Roberts, my old history teacher. She always pushed us to our limits, but I appreciate it more now than back then.

1. What was the name of your HS? I attended Southeast Raleigh for the first 3 years of high school, but I graduated from Mary E. Phillips.
2. What were your school colors? Southeast Raleigh's school colors were blue, gold, green and white, while I think Phillips' were black, blue and white. All I really remember is I wore a Blue Cap and Gown at my high school graduation.
3. What was your mascot? We were the Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs, and I believe an Eagle was the mascot for Phillips.
4. What was your favorite club/sport you were active in? Since I was rather active in Drama and Technical Theater, I was a member of the Thespian Honor Society. One of our mottos was, "We do it on stage."
5. Who was your favorite teacher? My favorite teacher had to be Mrs. Florin. She was our Drama and Technical Theater instructor, not to mention our one for Chorus the first year Southeast Raleigh was open. Those of us who were close to her called her Flo Jo, though.

1. What was the name of your HS? MHS
2. What were your school colors? Black and Red (which worked out nicely, because I was kind of those geeky weirdos, so I was school spirited in my own personal uniform.)
3. What was your mascot? Panther
4. What was your favorite club/sport you were active in? Hm, I was on the golf team and that was actually really fun. It doesn't require running and requires you to use your brain. Other than that, band and orchestra. XD
5. Who was your favorite teacher? I'd have to say one of my science teachers who actually made science interesting and challenged us...I feel like his class was actually college-prep, even though we goofed off a lot. It was a pity he left our school after my class graduated.

1. What was the name of your HS? Saint Thomas Aquinas HS (yes, a Catholic school 3nodding )
2. What were your school colors? Blue and Gold (but I recall wearing a kahki skirt/kilt confused )
3. What was your mascot? Saints (with a cute, chibbi, little saint named Tommy 4laugh who has since been replaced by an ugly, muscular, big gladiator type saint named Tommy 2 sweatdrop I don't like 'im )
4. What was your favorite club/sport you were active in? That's a toss up between FCA (fellowship of Christian Athletes and SADD (students aganist drunk driving). I always looked forward to reading from the Bible and praying before school by candle light in a classroom. In SADD I was the representative for one year and took part in it for 3 years (not freshman year)
5. Who was your favorite teacher? That again is a toss up between Mr. Ray Hain my homeroom teacher/study hall moderator/theology teacher for Freshman and Junior year who taught me a lot about my spiritual side of my life and helped me to move on passed my grandpa's passing to make new friends and break out of my little bubble to make new friends. blaugh and Coach Mark Huppee, Sr. who taught me for at least three classes and taught me that I was special even if I remained quiet and didn't say much. I was a rather shy girl in the classroom but showed great school spirit at sporting events and pep rallys. cool
