I've been a part of indoor percussion for the past three years but they don't have it at the college I'm now going to. So this year I'm going back to my high school to instruct.
What is your theme?
So far, my school has had "Love" , "Faith" , "Elvis Lives" , and this years "Strung Out"

I'm doing Indoor Percussion at my school right now although we haven't gotten very far haha.
We're doing a theme called "N" Motion....and that's all we really now although we get to do a Tim Burton song.

I'm doing indoor right now... I'm playing marimba. xp OH BOY!!
we're doing stuff from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat...
*sigh* nobody realy likes the music, but we deal.
do you guys have guard/visual people?? we have like.. one girl doing all of it.. its pretty stupid..
no wait i lied we have two.

Yeah, my high school (that I go back to and instruct at b/c I'm not in college) has a small color guard/visual people of like... 6 people. We're gonna have props and stuff so they get to handle all of that.
So what part of the states are all of you competing in? Anyone going to Dayton, OH this year?

Our show's theme is Nascar Racing. I know it sounds really dorky, but it's acutally really cool and very intertaining. The music is pretty cool, but the middle section is not my taste.
We don't have any Gard, or visual people, they come to all of the same competitions and have there own shows. Our Gard's show this year is Indian themed.
Winter Percussion and Indoor are the same thing.

Our Show is called "X" I know a group did it at the 2003 or 2004 WGI Championships But For the first 2 movements I'm on the xylophone, i hate by the way, lol and then for 3rd I'm vibe and then fro 4th I'm marimba <3 but here is a video of a practice of our show, the props are pretty amazing, but they weren't finished at the time http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wem-ke29jPw

This is my school frist year to compete in indoor. We've had two competitons we started out is class S AA won first place with 72.03. So they bumped us up a class. Just got back from our second competiton today. We won first place with a 78.2. Our show is called The Race. Based on the tortoise and the Hare. I play xylo/bells, I like indoor because we finally have some visuals to do and i love it!
Is there anyone else on here who is from Texas doing indoor? I Love talking about indoor with other percussionists.

DAYTON!!!!!!!
Me es Mue excitedo
My drumline FI Velocity's going. We just had a compitition in Orlando, Timber Creek today. We got first place with a score of 86.1 I'm pretty sure we are getting bumped up next week at WGI. Anyone going to Pensecola regenials?
Our show is Heist. Pretty neat now that we have everything on.
