i'm just restarting to get into lolita stuff again and am trying to put some casual looks together.
I found a dress that kinda looks country lolita....well the skirt puffs with a peticoat, but i'm kinda at a loss at what accessories to wear around it. as in what shirt/blouse, shoes, bows, socks, and anything else. the pattern on the dress is a flowery one that is small flowers in pink, yellow, blue, and green with a pink background. i don't like how the top part of the dress looks on me....scrunchy in the middle, strappy, and low cut, so I want to opt to wear something over it.

Well, my first idea for what to wear over it is a pretty cardigan, in pink or another colour in the dress. If you take a look through the Meta website, you'll find a lot of ideas for how to embellish a plain sweater or cardigan, such as with a cute pin, or applique.
I would wear a flower bracelet with the dress, to keep the theme, and wear white socks with blue, pink, or white shoes, if you have them.
If you can take photos, that would help people to visualize the outfit, probably, and give you more ideas. I'd love to see how you end up co-ordinating.

Hm...I think that a casual lolita idea is better for school and other things because regular lolita is too formal I think.

That is a really adorable dress! Pink and blue are probably the best colours to go with it, and if you could build your lolita wardrobe around those two colours.
I hope the shoes work out for you.
