My friend and I went to an aquatic park with water slides, a wave pool and a hot tub. whee It was fun! They have this free falling water slide and there was this kid that almost drowned after going down it. O_O A lifeguard had to pull him out and he was pretty shaken afterwards!

Then, after we went swimming, we went to this Vietnamese/Thai food place and had some new foods! I had this pork/Asian lettuce of some sort/onion/black fungus (aka mushrooms) in sauce dinner. It was delicious! With some rice...
My friend had this curry soup that was sweet. We both had some of each others. It was really tasty! And for desert we had fried bananas with chocolate sauce. whee SO GOOD!

So yeah, we had a nice day. It almost ended in disaster when the car wouldn't start. xD Her dad and us pushed the car to a start. Thankfully, he had a stick shift car where we could do that with. xD You can't with automatics. >> (The car has to be on for you to take it out of park >>)

Anyone ever eaten Vietnamese or Thai food? Or been to a nifty water park? whee

The only Thai food I've eaten was something that consisted of rice and shrimp. 0_o *generally does not like foreign foods* sweatdrop

I've been to a few water parks. ^^ But, not in a long time. confused

Shrimp is okay... I like shrimp scampi only really... ^^;;
I love trying new foods though. Mostly just plant type stuff. No meat unless I know what it is. >.<
