Has anyone played this game? You can play as Egypt, their pretty good, the army doesn't match the time period, which they would have used Hellenistic arms, instead it's more like the army they would of used in the time before the upper and lower kingdoms were united.

I'd go out and get an official copy right now...but all my gaming money is poured into Assassin's Creed coming out this month. Maybe there'll be some Egypt influences in that one. (I wouldn't be expecting it though...it's set in Jerusalem during the Crusades.)

I like the game Rome: Total War. I am a gamming person and I would have to say, the time periods might not match exactly, but you gotta remember, the game was focused on Rome, and the years do count down from 300 B.C. to whenever A.D. (I kind of haven't made it far enough to know when it actually stops counting the years, but I'd guess it never really does, just until you rule it all, or none)
