Here's a link to a thread about it. The comic is called Pumpkin Flower. It's PG-13. It's the most adorable shonen-ai comic.
The main character is Tea, a tiny little thing that has a ghost stalking him.
His older brother, Ane, tends to dress in Lolita fashion. He wears some cute things!
