My cousin bought a Xbox 360 just to play Halo 3. I bought Wii just for SSBB.And we got in an arguement, Halo 3 or SSBB.
Witch one do you think will do better in sales...Halo 3 or SSBB

this can only play out in two ways
1) smash bros sells tons everywhere, whereas halo sells tons everywhere except Japan, giving smash bros an edge
2) smash bros sells tons everywhere, but not as much as Halo.
but over time, smash bros sells more units. i mean think about it, melee is still selling these days.

Brawl has a bit of an advantage
because it's being released during the holiday season.
Can you guess how many kids have it on their Christmas wishlist?
... Lots.
Still, that's not enough to guess at which will sell more.
We'll just have to wait and see.

Personally, I like that SSBB will be more appealing the the general public. Everyone loves Mario and the game isn't as intimidating, in general, as Halo. People can pick it up, run around, die, and laugh about it.
Then there is the fact that Halo is more appealing to parents. No guns, mild "violence," and Mario.
As for quality comparisons... They can't be made. Two entirely different systems, two entirely different set of standards. Halo will be graphically superior and will probably run faster, but SSBB will be one of the best and most fun games, ever, on the Wii.

Halo, because there is an unfortunately larger fanbase for it than smash, as well as multiple versions that sell for a larger price margin then what smash will.
Smash may outsell in units, but I think Halo has this one in the bag.

Smash may outsell in units, but I think Halo has this one in the bag. its not about fanbase with smash. everyone and their mother - hell, their grandmother - will buy this game.

MLG was the first nationally run tourney hosting... company... organization... thing... to host Halo. I believe they hosted Halo before they hosted Smash.

I say SSBB. Sure Halo has better Graphics, but they are made on diffrent systems. Diffrent systems have diffrent styles on how things are done. And Plus, Who dosent love to see Zelda and Peach in new, better graphics?

The problem with your thery with your Halo 3 VS brawl is this.
To that one guy...of corse you haven't brawl because...ITS NOT OUT YET. its as simple as that.
Also you cannot compare the two games. They are nothing alike.
