[The Suites]

Guild rules apply throughout the guild, including the subforums. The guild rules must be followed at all times when posting in The Suites.

If you are ever unsure of what you can or can't do in here, please PM either a crew member or the captain. We'll try to respond as soon as possible with an answer.

• Follow all the rules of Gaia's TOS. If members do not adhere to Gaia's TOS, it can jeopardize the guild. If you have not read the TOS, please read it here.

• Include a poll in every thread. Since we started out as a polling guild, we've continued to include a poll in every thread. If you forget, a crew member will add one for you.

• Try to keep drama out of the Suites. If you don't want to stop the argument you may have with another member, then please continue it through PMs, a thread outside of the Suites, or another form of communication instead.

• Do not ask for donations. You are not allowed to ask, state, or heavily hint in any way for any type of donations in The Suites.

• Don't put crew members, vice captains, or captains on your ignore list. Putting a crew member on ignore makes it harder for them to do their job. By doing so, you may miss updates, contests, or warnings, so please refrain from adding them to your ignore list.

Any and all members found breaking any of the rules above may be either warned or banned, depending on the severity of the breaking

You all know that there are only so many things the crew can catch at a time when it comes to people breaking rules. This is a large guild and there are many things to keep watch over in here each day. That's why we're giving you the opportunity to give us a hand.

Below, you'll find a form you can fill out and PM to a crew member if you come across someone breaking the rules in the above post.

• Who do I send my report to?
At the top of the page, click "Guild Members" and find a crew member who is currently online or pick one randomly.

If you feel your report is a bit more serious than what you normally see, then it'd be best to send your report to either the guild captain or vice captains. Of course, they'll tend to regular reports as well if you feel more comfortable sending it to one of them.
