Welcome to the new and improved Rp Retreat! As always, here in the suites we work toward making this a place for the members to have a good time and make new friends. For those who rp, that means knowing which rp's people would like to see, please give us your input, this is YOUR environment, let us know what you want to see!
This thread is to keep up with what people would like to see, try to match ideas with someone to set up the rp, as well as minor advertising for some of the rps currently taking place.

I'm thinking of making an Anne Rice-esque vampire RP, but I haven't drawn anything up yet. I'll get on that, though, if it seems popular!

you know i want in, vampires are pretty popular. itd nice good to see a real-well thought out vampire roleplay anyway!

I really liked the idea that someone threw out about the art school. Of course, I was going to say a music college, but how about a college for the arts? That'd be interesting. (:

I dunno.. like that one person said, you know, like you have to draw? Or whatever? But I think an arts in general, like art, music, theatre, etc would go over better, because you could choose the niche you like best.
I was thinking about the music part having it be somewhat like Nodame Cantabile, which is like the best anime series ever >_>; And like... I dunno. I was thinking that in order to get people to post, you'd be assigned a day that you have "practice", which would essentially just be a day that you needed to make a post, and if you missed x number of "practices" you're out, which would take care of the whole issue of people not being active, I think.
But yeah, I liked the idea of like people who are enrolled in the art program can like... be "assigned" a picture to draw or something? I don't know how that would work, since I'm not really an artist, and I would totally fail at that.

I don't know how that would work, since I'm not really an artist, and I would totally fail at that. i think if you wanted to have an art assignment thread, keep it seperate from roleplaying. i mean, an art theme of the week type thing would be awesome! i'd totally be syked for it (: but i dont think trying to make people come up with real assignments would really work. you could do an art thread similiar to the writing exercise thread i just made though; that would be fun.

well vampires are nice but over done same with werewolves and demons can't some one do an rp with angels ((good ones)) or mermaids or fairys or sprites or something thats cute and not demonic thatswhat i'd like to see inan rp
