I had such a fun time yesterday that I want to share it with all of you mrgreen . It was fun because of how the week has gone to that point.
The past week has been really busy and stressful, because my brother and I have applied for a job overseas. (the location, however, will be revealed later) The application process has involved quite a bit of effort:
A very large and thorough application with a lot of signed authorizations.
Getting 17 (no, that's not a typo) passport photos. Two of the photos go for my passport renewal, (my brother is getting his first) and 15 go to the company we're applying at. Passport photos range from $5-10 for TWO PHOTOS, so we looked for low cost options and decided to make our own! It cost us $7 for 34 passport photos mrgreen The woman at the passport acceptance agency that approved my brother's application thought our pictures were professionally done.
The final, and most frustratingly thorough process I've ever been through was the Questionnaire for National Security Positions. More than once I wanted to smash my computer because it was so repetitive (thank God I've only moved once in the past 7 years...!) and because I had to find information I'd probably never need in any other situation. And to cap it off, I goofed up the application and didn't notice it until I finalized it! (it should be easy to correct) I need this to go through so I can obtain a SECRET clearance. (Cue the 007 theme!)
Ok, so if you're still with me, I bring you to yesterday...my trip to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom! What a wonderful way to get my mind off the events of the past week, and just as fun as I dreamed it would be! Although here in Florida the heat index (with humidity) made it feel like 116 degrees, there are plenty of places to hide indoors to recover, it was worth it!

Epcot remains my undisputed favorite. Never been outside the US. It may be fake but it's fun to feel like I've circumnavigated the globe in a day. Though I wish Russia was one of the countries (or something else eastern European) and Africa is really short changed (an entire Continent represented as a few stands).

Awesome!!! I went to the Magic Kingdom for the first time ever during the last month of classes last year with my friend. It was a nice getaway from the upcoming dread of finals and I took a picture with the Mouse...and went on splash mountain several times that day! xp
Luckily it wasn't all that hot that day and whats even better our tickets only cost us $15 dollars since our campus activity organizers bought a whole bunch of them for the students (travel included).

Substitute 'super-spy' and replace it with 'vehicle operator' and you'll get closer to the truth razz
