hmmmm, you know what, I think it might be better with a females voice, because, it may not seem realistic or anything, but it just sounds so much sweeter and better. and now that I think about it, i think that MOST of the shounen-ai/yaoi AMVs i've made, they all had female singers, I think, just because the songs are better and sweeter.......and stuff...

I've heard some songs sung by guys directed towards guys and the same with girls. I think it would really depend on the song its-self rather than what gender sings it. I admire a guy who can actually sing tho, rather than sing. Like Gackt or Hyde. Know what I mean?

I think it depends more on the lyrics, melody and what pairing your working with. Not if it's a male singer or a female singer.

Well if the lyrics fit, and it sounds good, anything is okay. But if it's man singing to a woman (meaning, it's specified), then I think it messes up the whole image, and it bugs me.
