Here we have a mermaid of another ilk. A mermaid pirate, to be exact. This here be Katala, Pirate Queen of the Seas. She lords over a vast trove of treasures from all lands, hidden in the sunken ship of Davey Jones himself. She commands a flotilla of the toughest merfolk, more loyal and cunning than any scurvy dog you'd find above the surface. She attacks any ship of worth on either side of the sea level, and always swims away with her prize. Any man gets it in his head to sail the fair seas, beware! If you're on the water, she knows it, and if your fair prize catches her eye, get yourself on land as fast as you can, because no man's treasure is safe on the seas!
