My first day of marching was a bit weird because I'm not actually in a marching band. I was visiting my aunt last summer and I had my flute with me, so she just said something like "Our band is in a parade tomorrow, do you want to try it out?"

I was horribly out of time, had never seen the music before, and my arm felt like it was going to fall off by the end of it from holding up my flute.

I would definitely do it again!

A life? What’s that…?

I was the scared little freshmen who went to a different middle school than everyone else, and since I'm extremely shy around new people, I hid in the corner the entire time.

;-;

That was my corner for a couple months... Until I actually started making friends. [:
