I like cheddar too. Mozzarella and provologne are way too bland for me. Goat cheese is too gritty. I had this smoked cheese once, wish I could remember what it was called, that was good.

The other day at Whole Foods I discovered this really yummy, balanced tasting French cheese called Comté.

Pepper jack!!And...maggot cheese ninja ...Actually I've never eaten maggot cheese but it does exist...I dont think I'd ever will eat anything like that
