This is hard work

I'm trying to look good for Con, Ima be Poto, if you go and see a Poto, specially one with a Yaoi Paddle, it's me ^^

Anymoo, I just wanna know what anyone thinks of my little routine

I just started:
100 crunches in the morning, 100 at night
100 asorted weight lifts
.....eat healthier

I've done over 300 crunches tonight alone, my first night. I'm exhausted. Is this good?

How can I make this better?

More importantly, how can I work out a few key areas: Chest, abs, theighs, and most of all, Butt XD

Help please and discuss what you've done ^^

Update!!!:

Since no one responded to this stare stare

I shall update
I've been doing crunches and situps every day now for about 3 weeks(Woooo, aniversary). I do a couple hundred a day. I've now upgraded to AT LEAST 260 a night

So, what I've noticed is, ITS WORKING!

I can now fit into my pants better, I now go to the next notch on my belt, and I can feel abs underneath my gut which was nothing before ^^ WOOOOO

If anyone has any tips or anything I'd like to know them

I'll update some more in this post if I change anymore, and if I get myself a decent body I'll post a pic of before and after ^^

That's great. I'm really glad you're doing well with your excercise. Now, I'm not very much of an excercizing person. The greatest excersize I get is when I'm typing on the computer. blaugh But, I've been told that just a power walk around the block is good for you.

If I had a treadmill I'd be using it every night

good for biceps would be push ups =3
good for thighs and butt, lunges =3

you can add weights to you lunges after your body adjust to the weird activity xd i can tell you your butt and thighs will be sore for a little while *near dead when gone to extreme*

Yaaa. 8 or 9 months ago I realized that I was starting to get kind of pudgy. And started working out myself.

I run or bike or play DDR for 30-45 minutes a day. And do sit-ups (50-70 a day), 10-20 leg lifts, and 15-25 crunches. Also I lift a ~25 pound weight on each arm in 3 different ways, 10 times each.

I do this about 5 or 6 days a week, sometimes less.

I don't wanna get TOO in shape, 'cause I don't like lots of muscle. Looks bad. But a little tone looks really nice. *nodnod*

I'd reccomend some sort of cardiovascular exercise, as the best way to burn off fat is just that.

But still, sounds like you've got a good routine going, and good for you for sticking to it! biggrin

It's probably more commonly called Aerobic Excercise, and it's when oxygen is taken in during the exercise. Stuff like running, jogging, biking, tennis. Stuff like that, are all examples of cardiovascular exercise. Really, anything that gets you breathing heavily. *nodnod*

I'm probably not defining it as well as it should be, so if you'd like a more comprehensive definition, here ya go. biggrin

WOOOO
WIKI!!!
H'okee dokee. Yeah, I'm doing squats and jogs in placing, and that makes me breath heavy(squats hurt too)

Plus, my crunches I keep getting yelled at to breath more as to not pop a blood vessel or something o.o
So I'm breathing alot there too

Then regularly I'm lifting weights which isn't making me breath heavy but I wish to be stronger ya.

Yeah, I'm kind of wondering though. I always had this nervousness of working out that, cause I'm not dieting and won't(I don't eat alot anyways, nor that unhealthy like, but I ain't losing good foods[meat and taters] for this) that the fat would stay and the muscle would just build underneath it......is that at all possible? question

I wouldn't THINK so... but you know... I just don't know. Maybe someone else can give you a more sure answer there...
