to me, the part that got me was in OoT when Saria and Link say their good byes. I thought they would have been so great.....if he would stay a kid like her...i guess...but...

SHE GAVE HIM HER KIDNEY!!!!!!!!!!!

and then she ended up being a sage...*cries for forbidden romance*

but also, the fact that all of Hyrule and all its glory was submerged under water in Wind Waker. the whole idea of it's change was sad to me.

I totally agree, when he left the forest Saria looked like she was going to cry! crying o to know that the one you love is the one you can never have is death. It is truly a death for the heart. Oh Saria may it live again heart . sweatdrop Ahem you didn't need to see that sweatdrop . mrgreen

In MM the song of healing parts are moments that touched me. But what got me the most is when the older sister from the farm gives Link a hug for saving the milk jars.

The thing about Link is that I believe Miyamoto doesn't know how to develope his character and/or he doesn't want to. If link was personalized now, with as many fans as Link has. Link would have to stay that way. However there were moments in OoT that Link was emotional by the look on his face. I think in that game Link was trying to be serious and focused his whole being on the success of his conquest.
