Good choices!
I almost forgot one:
Homer and Marge Simpson- They've been through a LOT. Even though Homer's stupid, obnoxious, fat, bald, etc... he really, really loves Marge. When you look back on the older episodes you really start to appreciate the very realistic love the two have.

Oh! Janeway and Chakotay really is a good one 3nodding I recently watched the episode where they contracted a virus on a planet and had to stay there. There was definite chemistry. I felt so sorry for Chakotay when the ship came back for them sad

Oh I loved Percy and Marguerite (Sp?)
My favorite part in the book was when she tried to convince him in the garden, she walked off, and he started to kiss the ground where she had walked. So sweet (though not very sanitary!)
I preferred Marguerite in the book, she was "clever" versus in the mini series and musical adaptations where she's more beauty oriented.
